add ability to "unvote"
if someone voted for something and changes their mind later, they should be able to unvote. currently, you can change your votes from 3 to 2 or 1, but it should be possible to also change to 0.

i mean from the idea page itself. I just discovered how you actually handle deletion of votes, and it's not intuitive.
